Returns
Due to the nature of our products, food items cannot be returned once they have been opened or if the original seal has been broken, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Refunds
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection law, customers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.
However, this right does not apply to sealed food products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been opened or unsealed.
