As our products are handcrafted, slight variations in appearance or colour may occur. These variations do not affect the quality of the product.

All prices shown on our website are in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout.
5. Orders
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
A binding purchase contract is concluded only when your order has been accepted and dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

Although we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are beyond our control.

As our sauces are handcrafted using fresh chillies and natural ingredients, the level of heat may vary slightly from batch to batch depending on the harvest and the natural characteristics of the raw ingredients.
Heat levels are provided as a guide only and individual perception of spiciness may vary.
Please consume responsibly.

Our sauces are produced using carefully selected ingredients.
Customers are responsible for checking the ingredient list before consumption if they have allergies or food intolerances.
